Thank you so much for supporting my small, handmade studio. To keep everything clear and transparent, all shop policies are listed below. If you ever have a question, feel free to reach out anytime via our Contact Page.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    • Standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

    • During holidays, launches, or high-volume weeks, processing time may extend slightly.

    • Digital items are available instantly.

    • Custom or personalized orders may require additional time — details will be listed on each custom product page.

    • Standard shipping time is typically 4–6 business days.

    • Orders ship from Arizona via USPS.

    • Tracking is included on all physical orders.

    • Wilder & Woven is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or carrier issues.

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address.

    • If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, USPS may mark items early. Many packages show up within 24–48 hours.

  • All sales are final.
    Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches (and often made to order), I do not accept returns or exchanges.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos. I will always do my best to make it right.

    • Digital items are non-refundable once delivered.

    • Files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

    • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim Wilder & Woven digital files as your own.

    • If you lose your download, email me and I can resend it.

  • To keep your polymer clay earrings looking beautiful:

    • Store in a cool, dry place

    • Avoid water, lotions, and chemicals

    • Keep away from extreme heat

    • Clean gently with a microfiber cloth

    • Polymer clay is durable but not indestructible — handle with love

  • By placing an order with Wilder & Woven, you agree to the following:

    • All items are handmade or designed in small batches. Slight variations are normal and part of their charm.

    • Payment must be received in full before an order is created, processed, or shipped.

    • Custom or personalized items cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

    • Digital products (templates, printables, and downloadable files) are non-refundable.

    • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim any Wilder & Woven designs or digital products as your own.

    • These terms may be updated or revised at any time.

  • Your privacy matters.

    When you shop with Wilder & Woven, the information collected (such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment method) is used only to:

    • process and fulfill your order

    • contact you about your purchase

    • improve your customer experience

    • send optional marketing emails only if you choose to subscribe

    Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored or seen by me.

    I will never sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for:

    • payment processing

    • shipping and delivery

    • website functionality
