  • How long does it take to process my order?

    • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

    • During busy seasons (holidays, launches), processing may take a bit longer.

    • Custom orders may require additional time — timelines are listed on each product page.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    • Because everything is handcrafted in small batches, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

    • If you made a mistake, email me right away — if I haven’t started your order yet, I may be able to help.

    Do you offer rush orders?

    Sometimes!

    Send me an email or DM, and I’ll let you know if a rush is possible based on my current workload.

  • How much is shipping?

    • I offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 anywhere in the U.S.

    • Orders ship via USPS with tracking included.

    • If you need your order sooner, reach out and I may be able to help.

    How do you ship your orders?

    • All items ship from Arizona via USPS unless otherwise stated.

    • Tracking is included on all physical orders.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Not yet — but I plan to in the future!

    My package says delivered but it’s not here. What do I do?

    • Double-check your address.

    • Check with neighbors or your apartment office.

    • USPS often marks packages delivered 24–48 hours early.

    • If it still hasn’t arrived, message me — I’ll help guide you on next steps.

  • Do you accept returns?

    All sales are final.

    Because everything is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

    What if my order is damaged?

    Please contact me within 5 days with photos.

    I’ll always do my best to make it right.

  • What are polymer clay earrings?

    Polymer clay is a lightweight, durable material that makes earrings comfortable for all-day wear. Each piece is hand-sculpted, baked, sanded, and sealed by hand here in Arizona.

    Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

    It depends on the style!

    Ball posts → hypoallergenic (best for sensitive ears)
    Hooks + stud posts → Bead Landing nickel-free findings (safe for most, but not ideal if you’re highly sensitive)

    How do I care for my earrings?

    • Store in a cool, dry place.

    • Avoid water, extreme heat, and chemicals.

    • Clean gently with a microfiber cloth.

    • Polymer clay is durable but not unbreakable — treat them with love.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! Wilder & Woven gift cards are available in various amounts and delivered via email.

    Can gift cards be refunded?

    No — gift card sales are final.
